RiskMaster India Platform Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing RiskMaster India resources, you agree to comply with these Terms. If acting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Use License

We grant a limited, non-transferable licence to access learning materials solely for internal educational purposes. Content may not be redistributed, sold, or otherwise commercialised without written consent.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform responsibly, refrain from unauthorised access attempts, respect intellectual property rights, and avoid posting harmful or unlawful content.

4. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, trademarks, and associated graphics are owned or licensed by RiskMaster India. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Resources are provided “as is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

RiskMaster India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our aggregate liability is limited to services availed within six months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these Terms. You may terminate access by providing written notice and discontinuing use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use signifies acceptance.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RiskMaster India regarding platform access, superseding prior understandings.
