RiskMaster India Refund Guidelines

This Refund Policy explains eligibility, processes, and timelines for refund requests related to our learning services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all learning modules, executive clinics, and advisory services delivered by RiskMaster India.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered when services have not commenced or when mutually agreed deliverables remain undelivered due to our inability to deliver.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Completed sessions, downloadable resources, and customised content already shared are non-refundable.

4. Refund Request Process

Submit refund requests via [email protected] within seven days of the scheduled start date, providing service details and grounds for the request.

5. Processing Timelines

We acknowledge requests within three business days and communicate outcomes within ten business days. Approved refunds are processed promptly thereafter.

6. Cancellation of Access

Upon refund approval, access to associated content or sessions may be revoked to maintain content security.

7. Exceptions

Force majeure events or regulatory directives may alter refund terms. Any exceptions will be communicated in writing.

8. Partial Engagements

For partially completed programs, we may offer credit notes for remaining modules or sessions instead of refunds.
